An 8-week training program starting January 5 designed specifically with your s*x life in mind. Flexible, friendly and fun, the program combines one-on-one coaching, adaptable workouts and community care – all designed to up your confidence and your game. Whether you want to be a harder bottom, a softer top or a more flexible switch, Studio Gay’s got you covered.
Focus is on strength, hypertrophy, mobility and flexibility.* Goal is to gain more confidence, stamina and control – in the bedroom and beyond. Think hip thrusts and groin stretches; wrist curls for improved arm pumping; shoulder stability drills so you can hold yourself up longer. Added bonus? More joy and pleasure in your body! And a cute community of queers to boot.

THE DEETS
You get a training plan with two workouts per week – one you can do at home, one that requires access to a gym. The workouts are pre-loaded to your Studio Gay app, including detailed video instructions, so you can track workouts and weights – and so Coach Nici can monitor your progress.
You do the workouts on your own time, according to your own (work-party-recover-repeat) schedule. If you like flying solo, you hit the gym solo. If you prefer gym buddies, you reach out to your training group to see if schedules, geographies and gym memberships align.
Wait – what’s your training group? A WhatsApp group with you, Coach Nici and nine other queers. It’s where your coach drops text, audio and video messages throughout the week to get you motivated to do your workouts. It’s where you share progress, setbacks, pics, hot tracks or crushes you’re daydreamin’ about to get you through those last reps. It’s where you find and create a training community.
If you’ve got questions about form, or just wanna make sure you’re doing an exercise right, you film yourself and submit to Coach Nici. They’ll give you feedback within 24 hours. If you’re up for it, you’re encouraged to share vids in the group chat so there can be a group learning moment. If you’re shy, no problem – just send your videos to Coach Nici privately.
Every two weeks, you’ll have a personal check-in with Coach Nici to discuss progress, celebrate wins and make adjustments. When the program ends, we’ll all get together as a group to have a lil chill hang– either in person, online or hybrid, depending on what works.
Last but not least: you’ll get a Studio Gay tee and a bunch of hot playlists and setlists to workout to. It wouldn’t be called Studio Gay if the tracks weren’t 🔥and the merch weren’t cute.
ONE PROGRAM, TWO GROUPS
There will be two training groups: HARD and SOFT. Training plans are similar, the difference is in the vibes.
Pick HARD if you like it hard. If you want a training style that leans tough. Think “get your ass in gear, bish,” if you miss a workout. Think “get your sh*t together, girl” if you’re too hungover to self-motivate. Playlists will be techno-dominant. Group vibes will be sweaty, no-excuses and a little unhinged.
Pick SOFT if you like it soft. If you want a training style that leans gentle. Think “that’s ok, you’ll hit it tomorrow cutie,” if you miss a workout. Think “you got this babe,” if you’re too hungover to self-motivate. Playlists will be house-dominant. Group vibes will be sweaty, sexy and simmering.
THE VIBE

It’s our locker room. Coach will drop text, audio, and video motivation here. It’s where we share sweaty selfies, progress pics, the tracks we’re listening to, and the crushes we’re daydreaming about to get through that last set. It’s a sense of community so you aren’t suffering (or thriving) alone.

Absolutely. Studio Gay is global. The training is remote, check-ins are digital, and the chat is in your pocket. If you can't make the final celebration IRL, we’ll zoom you in.

THE BASICS

It’s an intimate, 8-week online training program kicking off January 5th. We combine mobility, strength, and community to build you a "boom boom bod" that feels as good as it looks. But this isn't just a PDF workout plan. Here is exactly what you are signing up for:
The Training: A structured plan with 2 workouts per week (delivered via our app).
The Coaching: A 1:1 strategy call with Coach Nici every two weeks to discuss your progress personally.
The Squad: Access to a private group chat (WhatsApp) for daily motivation, form checks, and vibes. You choose your cohort (HARD or SOFT), we provide the structure, and you get the confidence and stamina to own your winter dates.

We focus on Strength & Mobility (with a little hypertrophy for the aesthetics). The goal is functional fitness for intimacy: hip thrusts for power, shoulder stability for holding yourself up, and deep squats for range of motion. It’s about being able to move freely, stay active longer without cramping, and feeling hot while doing it.

It’s intimate, babe. We have two cohorts (HARD and SOFT), with just 10 queers maximum per group. This ensures you get actual personal attention from Coach Nici. Since this is an online program, "attention" means we are watching your form via video uploads, we are chatting with you daily in the group, and we are diving deep into your specific needs during our bi-weekly 1:1 calls. You aren't just a number on a leaderboard; you're part of the squad.

It comes down to the vibe that fuels you. If you want a drill sergeant, techno, "bad bitch" energy, and tough love ("next time you hit the gym before you go out"), choose HARD. If you want a gentle sunrise-at-the-festival feel, encouraging cuddly afters energy, and happy house music, choose SOFT. The exercises are similar; the voice in your ear is the difference.

Yes, you need access to the heavy metal.
One workout is home-friendly, but the second one is gym mandatory.
To build that deep hip strength and stamina, we need machines and weights you likely don't have in your living room.
Grab a day pass, a guest pass, or a short-term membership.

100%. You can film yourself and post it in the group chat for a "group learning moment," or send videos privately to Coach Nici for feedback within 24 hours.
We want to make sure you're thrusting safely.

Every two weeks, we hop on a call to discuss you. We’ll chat about your progress, any pains or stiffness, how the schedule is fitting your life, and adjust the plan if needed. It’s our time to ensure the program is serving your body.

Most likely, yes! Mobility is key for preventing pain. Just tell Coach Nici during onboarding (bad knees, tight shoulders, etc.), and we can swap out specific movements in the app.
Note: You need to be medically cleared to exercise.

Then you pick yourself up, drink some water, and get back to it. We don’t do shame spirals. The program is designed for "work-party-recover-repeat." Just let us know in the chat.
HARD crew will get a sassy nudge; SOFT crew will get a gentle reminder. Just don’t ghost us!
