Let’s commit to one another by paying a non-refundable deposit for the 8-week program.

You can give your preference for which program you want in the next step.

An 8-week training program starting January 5 designed to give you more confidence, stamina, and control for all your winter dates, chills, and spontaneous encounters. And most of all: for yourself.

Here’s how it works. You get a training plan with two workouts per week – one you can do at home, one that requires access to a gym. The workouts are pre-loaded to your Studio Gay app, including detailed video instructions, so you can track workouts, weights and progress – and so Coach Nici can monitor your stats and progress. You get playlists and setlists to workout to. You do the workouts on your own time, according to your own (work-party-recover-repeat) schedule. If you like flying solo, you go solo. If you like gym buddies, you have a group of max. 9 other queers you can reach out to – some of you will surely have schedules and geographies that align.

The total price for the program is 249 EUR. There will be a group pricing discount announced the next days, in case you want to participate with a friend, your lover(s), polycule…

THE VIBE

  • It’s our locker room. Coach will drop text, audio, and video motivation here. It’s where we share sweaty selfies, progress pics, the tracks we’re listening to, and the crushes we’re daydreaming about to get through that last set. It’s a sense of community so you aren’t suffering (or thriving) alone.

  • It’s sex-positive and safe. We talk about fitness for sex, so yeah, we might talk about hip mechanics in relation to… well, you know. We love a thirst trap, but respect is the baseline.

  • Absolutely. Studio Gay is global. The training is remote, check-ins are digital, and the chat is in your pocket. If you can't make the final celebration IRL, we’ll zoom you in.

  • Because spots are super limited (literally only 20 total), and we want a crew that is committed.

    The deposit secures your spot in the cohort so I don’t give it to someone else on the waitlist.

THE BASICS

  • It’s an 8-week training program starting January 5th designed to give you the confidence, stamina, and control you need for your winter dates, chills, and spontaneous encounters. It’s fitness, but with your sex life in mind. We combine mobility, strength, and community to build you a "boom boom bod" that feels as good as it looks.

  • We focus on Strength & Mobility (with a little hypertrophy for the aesthetics).

    The goal is functional fitness for intimacy: hip thrusts for power, shoulder stability for holding yourself up, and deep squats for range of motion. It’s about being able to move freely, stay active longer without cramping, and feeling hot while doing it.

  • We launch on January 5th and run for 8 weeks. The program lives on the Studio Gay app (so it goes where you go), but you’ll do the actual sweating in two places: one workout per week at home, and one that requires a gym. Unless you wanna do both at the gym!

  • You’ll get your login details just before our January 5th launch. Your workouts, videos, and schedule will be pre-loaded and ready for you to smash.

  • It’s intimate, babe. We have two cohorts (HARD and SOFT), with 10 queers per group max.

    This ensures you get actual personal attention from Coach Nici and can really bond with your squad.

  • It comes down to the vibe that fuels you. If you want a drill sergeant, techno, "bad bitch" energy, and tough love ("next time you go before you go out"), choose HARD.

    If you want a gentle, encouraging cuddly afters energy, and happy house music, choose SOFT. The exercises are similar; the voice in your ear is the difference.

  • Cute merch is coming your way! We'll coordinate sizes and shipping details once you’ve committed to the program.

    Think of it as your graduation gown, but sexier.

THE TRAINING

  • Yes, you need access to the heavy metal.

    One workout is home-friendly, but the second one is gym mandatory.

    To build that deep hip strength and stamina, we need machines and weights you likely don't have in your living room.

    Grab a day pass, a guest pass, or a short-term membership.

  • 100%. You can film yourself and post it in the group chat for a "group learning moment," or send videos privately to Coach Nici for feedback within 24 hours.

    We want to make sure you're thrusting safely.

  • Every two weeks, we hop on a call to discuss you. We’ll chat about your progress, any pains or stiffness, how the schedule is fitting your life, and adjust the plan if needed. It’s our time to ensure the program is serving your body.

  • Most likely, yes! Mobility is key for preventing pain. Just tell Coach Nici during onboarding (bad knees, tight shoulders, etc.), and we can swap out specific movements in the app.

    Note: You need to be medically cleared to exercise.

  • Then you pick yourself up, drink some water, and get back to it. We don’t do shame spirals. The program is designed for "work-party-recover-repeat." Just let us know in the chat.

    HARD crew will get a sassy nudge; SOFT crew will get a gentle reminder. Just don’t ghost us!

  • Hard no. We focus on performance and joy, not calorie restriction. Eat what makes you feel good and fuels your workouts (and your dates).
