Is there a leaderboard?
Nope—and that is on purpose. You are building your own streak, at your own pace.
What if I get sick or life gets in the way?
Then you rest. HOT STREAK is not about perfection. It is about coming back without guilt or shame spirals.
Do I need to be fit already?
Not even a little. The program meets you where you are, whether you are new to lifting or tired of starting over.
Do I need a gym?
One workout each week is designed for the gym. The other can be done at home with minimal equipment.
Can I join outside Berlin?
Absolutely. The entire program is online. Berlin energy. Global queers.
